Global Warming and Cooling was started by Kevin and Naomi Bettencourt in December of 2002. Kevin had been an air-conditioning technician in Phoenix and had worked there for five years perfecting his skills and gaining expertise in the service, installation, and maintenance fields of air-conditioning. Naomi had a strong accounting background as well as exceptional computer skills. Together with their environmentally friendly attitude, they decided to open their own air-conditioning company in a city that they both loved. After much planning and hard work, Global Warming and Cooling opened its doors on May 28, 2003.
At Global Warming & Cooling we try hard to satisfy each homeowner’s needs. We realize it’s a 24-hour town, and we do our best to accommodate even the midnight owls. Our phone is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. We offer emergency service, planned maintenance, and quality installations.
Our technicians receive ongoing training; they meet every morning to learn or review various skills, including technical information, customer service, and safety.
About the owners
Kevin & Naomi both grew up in New Jersey. They were married in Las Vegas in 1999. Kevin enjoys playing guitar and exercising. Naomi thinks learning computer programming in her spare time is fun. They have three dogs, all Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, because that is the best breed in the whole wide world.
